Waterproof enclosure

This project focused on developing a waterproof sheet-metal enclosure for a payment terminal used in car wash environments, aligned with Antenor’s brand identity and existing product range. Achieving water resistance in sheet metal required a combination of formed metal parts and sealing solutions, resulting in a robust design suitable for outdoor use. The enclosure was designed with a modular structure, allowing compatibility with different payment terminals and flexible mounting on either a wall or a pole. Throughout the design process, strong emphasis was placed on cost efficiency, manufacturability, and part reduction, optimizing production methods while maintaining durability and performance.
